Dasatinib:  a leukemia drug  used with Quercetin to eliminate senescent cells, typically about 1-3 times a year in hit and run fashion. Indian generics have been tested and found to be perfectly legitimate. The approximate cost for 60 tablets, 50 mg each is   $380.00 US. The equivalent generic drug in the United States costs between $8,000 – $18,000 , and is not covered by insurance for age reversal purposes.  

Acarbose: A diabetes drug that has shown more promise than Metformin in the Interventions Testing Program (ITP). Acarbose typically cost about  $75.00  in the U.S.  and requires a prescription. In Mexico it is available OTC and cost between $2-$3.00 US for an equivalent amount. It is widely available throughout Mexican pharmacies, including ones in Juarez and Tijuana. 

Metformin:   Generic Metformin is very cheap , even in the US. it does however require a prescription. In Mexico it is available OTC in any pharmacy for about  $2.00 ( 30 tablets, 500 mg) US. The extended release version is also available.  

Dutasteride:  An inexpensive, albeit due to side effects, risky way to fairly reliably maintain your hair. Generic Dutasteride in the US is about $15.00 a month for 30, .05 mg softgels, and requires a prescription. In Mexico the cost for the same amount  is $ $2-3.00, with no prescription required. 

Retin A/Tretinoin :  An absolute must for anyone interested in maintaining smooth, firm skin into old age. Generic tretinoin ( 45 gram tube, .05%)  in the US cost between $75.00-$200.00 and requires a prescription.  Generic Retin A, equivalent  amount  in any  Mexican Pharmacy  cost between $3.00 – $10.00, no prescription required. 

Cialis/ Tadalafil: although approved to treat erectile dysfunction,  it has cognitive, cardiovascular, and general anti-aging benefits as well. The cost for generic is about 35.00 for 30, 20 mg tablets in the US, and requires a prescription. Generic tadalafil in Mexico is OTC  cost about $15.00 for the same amount. 2% Nizoral/Ketoconazole shampoo:  A long time  mainstay shampoo for those treating Androgenetic Alopecia (MPB). Generic Ketoconazole shampoo typically cost $30.00 a bottle in US, and requires a prescription. An identical amount cost around $6.00 and is available OTC in any supermarket, drugstore or pharmacy in both Mexico and Canada.
